With a background in computer science, and a 2-decade career in leading marketing teams for software companies, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the multi-disciplinary nature of modern marketing.

I believe a brand is earned through trust, reliability and striving to do the right thing for customers and employees. I’ve found that education, de-mystification, practical problem solving and simplification of complex concepts are the best strategies for driving demand. A strong marketing technology stack, powered by passionate humans who want to make a difference, are the foundations of modern marketing today.

The pandemic has taught me that while strategy, content, brand, tech stack, data, and campaigns are important, culture is the real predictor of success. Culture is driven from the top, and a high performance marketing organization’s culture is the single most important factor in driving exceptional business results.
